Adorable animation! The character designs and colors go great with the voices. However, I will say the animation feels a bit stiff. their mouths move, and then it's a still image again. Instead of having them just open and close their mouths like a puppet, experiment with different shapes of the mouth. If you look up "vowel mouth animation" you can find plenty of references, another good option would be to find 2D animated movies with animals and watch how their mouths move.
